11-11 A Balance Diet is good for your health - 3rd of Primary

The students of third of Primary have been learning about the importance of eating a Balance Diet, and that eating well is good for their health.  

They have worked on a variety of activities regarding the different types of nutrients and their properties, how to select from a range of foods within the different food groups stablished, the frequency certain food should be eating during the week, to those, which should be limited in frequency. 

The most important thing is to remember that a variety in range, will guarantee a healthy diet.
